PBK Summer Reading Challenge
Participants
No age limit given, but the reading lists are for young readers. Check with your local Pottery Barn Kids for their age requirements.
Program Length
This program end on August 26, 2013 with redemption required by August 31, 2013.
Goal
To instill a love of reading.
Requirements
Read the 14 books from one of the reading lists. Besides the two downloaded options, your local Pottery Barn Kids may offer other suggestions.
Redemption
After reading each book, color a book on the Progress Tracker Poster. When all 14 books have been read and the poster completed, return to your local Pottery Barn Kids.
Reward
Children who finish their reading may print a certificate, enter for a chance to win a backpack full of books, and submit their Progress Tracker Poster for a FREE book.
Though the Pottery Barn Kids Summer Reading Challenge focuses on early readers, they may offer other options for older children. Check your local store for their requirements, reading lists, and rewards.
With a young reader in our home, I am grateful for the reading lists. Though we do not live near a Pottery Barn Kids, we can still benefit from this Summer Reading Challenge with a printed certificate. Happy summer reading!
